Rerelease Coming for In Other Waters Companion Book from Lost in Cult

There is no slowing down for Lost in Cult, as today they revealed they have another release coming, A Study of Gliese 667Cc.
The UK publisher have shared the news on social media, shortly after their announcement last week for VA-11 Hal-A: Design Works. This time though, it is a reprint to celebrate the 5th anniversary of In Other Waters, an indie game from Jump Over the Age, a solo developed and run studio from Gareth Damien Martin. A Study of Gliese 667Cc is the companion book to In Other Waters, which was previously released as a digital add-on for the game and as a hardcover for those that backed its 2018 Kickstarter. Remaining copies were later sold by Lost in Cult.
The book acts as both an epilogue and an artbook to the game, filled with sketches and illustrations that are presented as a catalogue for the creatures and planet of Gliese 667Cc. The art and cover were done by Gareth himself, exploring the world he created. It comes as a hardcover with 100 pages, limited to just 500 copies and has an estimated shipping window of Q3 2025. The 5th anniversary reprint also comes with the option to buy a limited edition cassette and vinyl for In Other Waters too. Fans can pick them up individually or together as a bundle. The book and vinyl can be pre-ordered for £29.99 each and the cassette is £12.99, with the 3 set collection coming in at £69.99, which is around $93.
In Other Waters is a 2020 sci-fi game that has you take the role of an A.I. to help guide a xenobiologist on an alien planet. Its perspective is from an ariel view and uses an interface that allows you to discover species, navigate, monitor oxygen levels and more. The game has been praised for it's visuals and unique gameplay, with very positive reviews for both Steam and Nintendo Switch.
